- Production of the next-generation 2018 Jeep Wrangler will commence this November at Fiat Chrysler's Toledo Assembly Complex in Ohio, The Toledo Blade has revealed.In order to make way for the all-new Wrangler, FCA will shutter production of the Jeep Cherokee in Toledo in early April and move production of the mid-size crossover to its Belvidere, Illinois production site.The current-generation Wrangler JK will remain in production in Ohio alongside the all-new model until March 2018, at which point it will go out of production in order to make way for a new Wrangler based Jeep pickup.
