Philly police say thieves targeting Jeep Wrangler batteriesPHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia police say thieves have been targeting Jeep Wranglers and stealing the batteries from the vehicles. WTXF-TV (http://bit.ly/2svHFSd ) reports several vehicles were targeted over the weekend, many in the city's Fairmont neighborhood.
