2019 Jeep Renegade gets a new look in Europe

as informed in JeepAs had been teased, the Jeep Renegade received a makeover today in Europe. There isn't much information just yet on the 2019 Renegade, but it's clear that the small SUV received a facelift all over. JeepJeep said that in Europe, the new Renegade will have new three- and four-cylinder gas engines, ranging from a 120-horsepower 1.0-liter through a 180-hp 1.3-liter. In the US, the Renegade currently offers a turbocharged 1.4-liter engine with 160 hp and 2.4-liter engine with 180 hp. The Jeep Renegade was introduced here in 2014 for the 2015 model year.

JeepIt's hard to believe that it's been more than four years since the diminutive Jeep Renegade's debut, but it has, and now it's time to freshen the thing up a bit. Jeep will unveil the new 2019 Renegade at the Torino Motor Show in Italy on Wednesday, June 6. Jeep hasn't given out many details, but it's promised that the 2019 Renegade will pack new looks and new gas engines. The automaker also gave out a bit of info regarding the Renegade's new gas engines, which will come in both three- and four-cylinder flavors. In the US, the Renegade has two engine options, both of which are four-cylinder engines (1.4-liter or 2.4-liter).

2019 Jeep Renegade Revealed in Full

Although this is still the Euro-spec version, we now have a better idea of the changes Jeep has brought to its smallest vehicle. The Renegade receives a new grille made up of redesigned slots. For the interior, Jeep redesigned the center console ever so slightly. Depending on the model, the Renegade will feature the latest generation UConnect screen measuring 5 inches, 7 inches or 8.4 inches.

2019 Jeep Renegade Unveiled at the Torino Motor Show in Europe

The popular off-roading brand, Jeep, has revealed the new 2019 Renegade at the Torino Motor Show in Europe. The latest iteration of the compact crossover features revamped styling and new powertrains. The Torino Motor Show, held at the Valentino Park, was chosen to debut the 2019 B-segment SUV, one that combines off-road capabilities with compact dimensions and styling designed for an urban lifestyle. Powertrain wise, the revamped compact crossover will be offered with a newly-developed three-cylinder 1.0-liter engine churning 120 horsepower. Jeep is holding back on a full disclosure till later this month, when we will learn more about the mid-cycle refresh.
