Jeep Compass Coming To India What We Know So Far
BW BusinessworldThe wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Italian automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is all set to launch its all-new 2017 Jeep Compass SUV in the country. The Made-in-India Jeep Compass is being manufactured in 50 different trim, powertrain, transmission and colour combinations. The Jeep Compass will have frequency selective damping, which provide variable damping that adjusts to road undulations. The manufacturer had invested $ 280 million (over Rs 1,800 crore) in the Jeep Compass project. Jeep Compass is the first vehicle in India to have laser welded doors, the company claims.
